Clark Hallare and his sister, Marissa Leinart started sibling therapy to finally talk about what happened in their childhood—the things that shaped who they are today. It’s not about figuring out who was right or wrong. It’s about seeing those moments through each other’s eyes, understanding how those experiences affected them both in different ways. They’re learning to listen, really listen, to each other’s perspectives, and it’s helping them heal some of the unspoken hurt they’ve carried for so long.

Clark Hallare has spent over 40 years in finance and currently serves as Corporate Credit Manager for RMI Flooring. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Baltimore Ravens or Orioles—he’s a die-hard fan who can’t stand to see them lose. Married for 20 years and a proud dad of three grown kids, Clark also loves hitting the golf course in his free time.
