Back to: Fear to Faith
Naming Your Fear
Hey friend 💜
Before you can move forward, you’ve got to pause and ask one simple—but powerful—question: Where am I, really? Not where you should be or where you wish you were… but where your heart actually is right now.
In this first week, we’re slowing down long enough to notice what’s going on beneath the surface. You’ll begin to uncover what fear has been quietly shaping in your life—your thoughts, your choices, even your faith.
Don’t worry, this isn’t about judgment. It’s about honesty. Clarity. And most of all—compassion. Because you can’t heal what you won’t face, and you won’t face what you’ve been taught to hide.
You’ll explore:
- The subtle ways fear shows up in your everyday life
- Why avoiding your feelings doesn’t actually protect you
- How to gently invite God into the places you’ve felt stuck or scared
By the end of this week, you won’t just be more aware—you’ll feel seen. And that’s the first brave step toward freedom.
Let’s begin this journey, not with pressure—but with presence. You’re exactly where you need to be.
STEP 1 - Listen
STEP 2 - Journal
STEP 3 - Scripture
Step 4. Optional
Welcome to
The Purple Room
This isn’t just a support space-it’s a healing room for your soul. You don’t need to have the right words. You just need to show up.
STEP 1 – LISTEN
STEP 2 – JOURNAL
Take a few minutes to reflect. You can write in your journal or use the space below.
STEP 3 – SCRIPTURE
Psalm 139:23 – Click here to download the scripture graphic – save it as your phone wallpaper or keep it somewhere close to remind you of God’s truth all day long.
“Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.”
STEP 4 – Optional – SCHEDULE a Purple Room Session
If you ever feel like you need a safe place to process what’s stirring in your heart, you can schedule a Purple Room session.
The Purple Room is a private, grace-filled space where you can talk with someone who’s been where you are.
It’s not counseling. It’s not fixing. It’s simply being with another human who will listen without judgment—so you don’t have to walk through this alone.
You’re welcome anytime… especially when you’re ready to say, “I just need someone to hear me.”
